Capel Choral Society is one of the founding members of the Leith Hill Musical
Festival and the choir competes in Division One. On competition day, the choir
competes at the Dorking Halls against the other choirs in Division One and in the
evening all the Division One choirs join together to perform as a festival choir with
professional soloists and a full orchestra, under the baton of the Festival Conductor,
Brian Kay.
